My problem isn't the untruths, it's the "federal government is suppose to do this, the federal government is suppose to do that" attitude. The feeding from the government teat needs to end.
Thanks. You should see the reconstructed Williamsburg,it's fabulous. Kaine had his inaugeration there because Richmond is under construction. I wish I could have gone there, even though I'm a republican.
He sucks and we are lucky we have a Republican legislature that will prevent him from doing much damage.
Hey, to show you how bad it is for the democrats. The Dean e-mail I just got, it didn't even MENTION Kaine. Can you believe it? The Democrats sent out a post-SOTU e-mail, and not a single word in the e-mail talks about the person THEY chose to provide the democrat response.
Kaine said he would do his own speech, and I believe he did, and I don't think the democrats are really all that happy, especially since Gingrich praised Kaine's speech.
Welcome to FR.

Tim Kaine, a leading member of the American Castrati.
~sound a little like a yokel~
Hey, hey, hey. I resemble that remark. :--)
Yes. His message was more suited to state government which is more about providing services, than the federal government.
Is that the guy that did the post speech demoCRAP, because if it is, I said exactly the same thing. I didn't listen to him and didn't recognize the face, but couldn't help noticing that he looked like a cartoon character. Must be a side effect of that koolaid.
I agree. I am against outright appeasement, though. It only brings trouble.
We all have our crosses to bear. I have to apologize for Minnesota's Senator Mark Dayton (still in the thick of the contest for dumbest senator in Congress! Lots of Dims vying for this and some dim-witted RINOs as well)
If you apologize for Kaine what should New Yorkers do?
We have Hitlery Schumer, Slaughter...ad nauseum to apologize for...and there ain't enough tears...
After that election, a dear conservative friend who lived there described the electoral map as ... and there was Minnesota ... that great outhouse on the praire .... We are still laughing about it.
ROFLMAO !!!
Ugh!
Are you the governor?
Hey, Charles, did Kaine come over to your Christmas display and stick his finger in the outdoor socket?
That would explain The Eyebrow.
Was it at Chowning's or Christiana Campbell's? King's Arms? Can you imagine passing the pipe around while those colonial discussions were going on? Wow, maybe boring then, but think how meaningful now.
Well, don't y'all give him a brow-beating or anything!
"Virginia is for high-brow lovers."
In local virginia blogs, we are having an argument over why everyone is talking about the eyebrow.
Either it really is distracting (I'm beginning to believe it from all the comments here), or we republicans are scared to death and are trying to belittle him, or its just that he said so little of substance that they eyebrow is about the only thing we can talk about.
On the related item, I have just about taken down all the christmas lights. There were about 31,900 lights total, and I've got a little more work to put them all into boxes and carry them to the attic. Then I can take down the indoor tree......
