Wine is not an emulator it is an API library..
Your statement was:

So given that Fedora comes with WINE (GPL) its fair to say that your statement is wrong. I did not think you would admit it, I just like pointing it out.
According to you, Linux is only a kernel, so my statement is correct, Google Earth is not compatible with Linux. Don't start twisting your position around in the hope of finally winning a point.
