Short term memory problems?

Not at all... LOL!

1992 - Lost divisional playoff against Buffalo 24-3.
1993 - Lost wild-card playoff to Kansas City 27-24, OT.
1994 - Lost conference championship to San Diego 17-13.
1995 - Lost Super Bowl to Dallas 27-17.
1996 - Lost divisional playoff to New England 28-3.
1997 - Lost conference championship to Denver 24-21.
2001 - Lost conference championship to New England 24-17.
2002 - Lost divisional playoff to Tennessee 34-31.
2004 - Lost conference championship to New England 41-27.

That is quite a resume of choke jobs!

I mean the Steelers seem to be the NFL version of the Atlanta Braves - always make the playoffs, and never seal the deal.

Considering the Seahawks haven't won a playoff game before this season since the Reagan administration, I would keep my mouth shut if I were you about the past.

But nothing beats the embarrassment of the Green Bay game. ("We're going to take the ball and we're going to score!!!")

What to you call a franchise that has only made it to the playoff round once in the last 30 years? I'd say 9 playoff appearences in 13 years is not the sign of a team that chocks. Chokers don't make the playoffs.

Do you think those Steeler losses might have been because they were playing against better teams. I see the SB champs on that list. BTW. I don't know anyone in Pittsburgh who thought they were better than New England last year. The 04 Pats were an awesome team, and people here recognized that fact and gave them the respect they were due. But then again, Steeler fans do tend to be football fans, not just homers.

And how many Lombardi trophies does Seattle have again? I can't hear you?
