I do accept their lifestyle though. Free country and all that.
I do sort of agree with your take on "gay" though, but I honestly fear there's no going back - "gay", as a word meaning happy, is doomed. And if you ever decide to collect a bundle of sticks (don't call it wood!), well, you better stick to "bundle of sticks".

Use the term, 'homosexual' exclusivly. Not only is it correct regardless of gender, but it cannot be made into an endearing term, like 'gay' or 'lesbian'.
