The State Of The Kitten





I am orange, but my spats ate white
As is the bridge of my nose
My hind claws are splayed
Dug in in just the right way
As over the top of the couch I go

Seeking beef, liver and fish
Or any other taste succulent I wish
For a kitten certainly must grow
Larger, stronger and wiser, so don't be a Miser
And into your lap I will curl and purr low
