They use a name in their and the word, "pocitra" applies to the name. At any rate, it's common street slang and doesn't translate as std Slovenian. I did get an example of the use of, "povesenimi joski". A biker chick was describing how she used some tight t-shirt as a corset to perk up her, "povesenimi joski".

Translating is tricky business, especially when your are using street-speak. You really need to be "in the loop" to get the meaning and as often as not a literal translation just does not work.

This is even true in the same language. I just peeked at your homepage and noticed your photo of "Smoke pole champs" LOL that would have a TOTALLY different meaning to me if I didn't see the picture to go with it.
