SAN DIEGO A passenger in a pedicab was hit by a car and seriously injured early Friday morning when he fell out of the cab while it was making a turn.
The pedicab driver was pedalling westbound on Market Street at 1 a.m. when he made a left turn on Third Avenue and his passenger, who is in his 50s, fell out of the cab into the middle of the road, San Diego Police said.
The man stood up but was hit by a silver 1995 Toyota SUV heading eastbound. He was taken to a hospital with a severe head injury.

Let that be a lesson to you. Always look both ways before falling out of the pedicab.
I have nothing against SUVs except their name... they are NOT sports cars, and they make for lousy utility vechicles.
Those who say they are both have obviously driven neither!
Silver 1995 Toyota SUV's heading eastbound should be banned.
