I was a bit shy to post after being inpugned on another post ... by some neanderthan men. I am still fearful that they will leave their man-caves and come over here, and hit me again, but I am taking the chance, at the moment.

Thank you for the support. I often need it here, to know that not all of you feel the same way about me as those Neanderthals do.

As for the van, I think I can do it myself. just need to get a new spade lug, (female)that will accommodate a 12 ga. wire and reconnect it to the male terminal, or maybe bypass the connector altogether, if I can. One way or the other, I will fix it. No sweat, compared with my everyday work, other than the PAIN in the neck of getting upside down and crawling under the dash!!
