What seems to work for them is the fact that they have gone against sub-par to mediocre defenses. lets take a look
Cincinnati Ranked #28th Defense overall #26th Pass defense.

now they play Seattle..

I read a study years ago that came to the same conclusion. They compared the penalties collected by teams categorized by the color of their uniforms – and the Oakland Raiders had the most – and the uniform colors closest to the old German SS – black and silver.
