I swear by Zycam. It works best if you take it as directed when you first feel a cold coming on. Since you're well into your cold it can/will shorten the duration.

When you feel a cold coming on, try some of that Airborne. It just boosts your immune system and you can tell it's working - but may not kill the cold.
