Jennifer Love Hewitt Squeaky clean Jennifer Love Hewitt may soon be a centerfold, sources say. "Jennifer has received some really big-bucks offers for years from magazines, including Playboy, to pose nude," but she has always laughed off the idea, a close friend tells Star People. Although Hewitt, 26, has a hit with CBS's Ghost Whisperer, she still wants a film career and doesn't feel she's getting the right scripts. "She always gets offered a cute little sidekick role," another friend says. "She told me that maybe a sexy magazine layout with her showing her assets might give her a little edgier image and she might be considered for a femme fatale role. She knows she can pull it off, but she thinks casting directors aren't so sure."

I don't think she's a slut for posing nude for Playboy. I think God wants everyone to have a beautiful body and to be proud of it.
I am sure Adam and Eve didn't look like Ted Kennedy and Helen Thomas.

I suspect that if there's any legitimacy at all to this rumor, the real story is that her publicist is floating the idea to get her name in the news. At this point in her career, there's no benefit to posing. She looks like "a cute little sidekick," so she'll generally get those roles. If she poses for Playboy, she'll just be "a cute little sidekick" not wearing any clothes.
I once read a post from some guy on an AOL message board, and I think he put it best. Women pose for Playboy at two places in their acting careers. They pose when they are total unknowns between the ages of 18 and 22 or they pose in their mid-30's as a way of working out a midlife crisis. At the beginning of their careers, they may benefit from "the buzz" of being noticed in the pages of Playboy. At the end of their careers, they want the ego boost of knowing that a big-name publisher is willing to pay for their bodies and that guys will still be interested enough to buy that issue. They don't pose when they are 26 and at the prime of their careers.
I'll believe this one when I see it (assuming I'm willing to spend $5 for that issue).

I believe her own website reposted this "rumor".
If they had, that snake would still be crawling the other way.

The publicity stunt only works if her own people hint that it may be true.

I remember this young lady who went to the same gym I did, and she was really beautiful and tone and I thought she could probably be in Playboy.
Well, she disappeared for a while and then I saw her at a 7-11 looking through a maxim mag and I thought, well, maybe she's into women.
It turns out she became "Hometown Honey", it's a shame because she really messed her look up. She got really skinny and she looked like a cross between Michael Jackson and a Reptilian.
