After I let mine sit several hours in vinegar, I use the cucumbers and the onion slices on sandwiches, the way other people use pickles.

Especially good on bulk or Polish sausage sandwiches. Yum!

Yeah, that sounds good. Now a sandwich with nothin' but cukes, that's sort of skimpy.
