It was good! I did use less...it was pretty spicy, even though I only used a tablespoon.

It made everything smell of curry! My house, my hair, my family! LOL! My fridge smells of it this morning!

Strong stuff!

I loved the coconut milk, though, and would like to use it in other recipes and a nice dessert of some sort. It startled me because I thought it would be milk consistency, but it had a lot of thick stuff the consistency of butter. It made a great sauce, even before the curry got added and it's pretty low carb, so I want to find a way to make more sauces and such with it.

Trini makes curry all the time. It's marvelous stuff.

But you're right about the smell. Ain't no mistakin' when someone is cooking curry or has cooked it in the last 24 hours. *grin*
