The first year our kids homeschooled, they watched a lot of TV. You should have heard the conversations around the dinner table in the evenings. I didn't understand half of what was being discussed about black holes, quarks, all other kinds of science stuff. There is SO much out there on video, or DVD or online, you'd have to work hard NOT to get an education!

When our kids sit down to watch TV, the first channel they turn to is Discovery. They absolutely LOVE "Mythbusters"! It is a fun show, and Clare has the DVR set up to catch every episode, then they'll just spin up the DVR to see which epidode they got! We also like the Science channel for their space and geology shows.

Took the kittens out to the barn for an adventure today, so they could goof off while I tidied...

Looking in places mouses hide :~D

Pippin says "Hi! I'm ~covered~ in cobwebs and I don't care!"

Tweek says "Ack! me too!" (she's trying figure out where the invisible cobwebs are coming from, she can feel them on her face)

Got the barn all tidy! Kittens are 'xhausted. Good day :~D
