Hmm... the challenges would be things like "get the most people to swear undying allegiance to you in one hour" or "take over a small foreign country on a budget".

But he is already a professional Overlord. Wouldn't that disqualify him? You could always to the 'Apprentice' style show and have people try to suck up to an evil overlord.
