Holy moley! I hadn't seen that one. Very cool.
She went to the beach with some friends and I finally got some of the pictures. Had to crop out her friend though. :-D
Oooh... how much?
No Elvis. I'm still up for it if we find the Sacred Order of Elopement monks somewhere.
Heh heh! Well, depending on what it is eating your plant, you can use several items...Diotomaceous Earth cuts the legs of some critters, Lady Bugs eat some, BT makes worms sick, then you can use the big guns, the last straw, so to speak and it's natural pyrethrins...which are very toxic to *every* insect but are not toxic to humans. It kills everything, though...earthworms, lady bugs, butterflies.
Two for four dollars. Still not cheap, but...
I have chicken thawing. Will probably use that garlic stuff on it, though I'm open to suggestions, and you're welcome to have half.
You have such pretty girls! Wonder where they get that from... ;-)
Mmm...palm trees. Brings back some good memories...
Still looking to see if there is a patron saint of rushed marriages...
All good information...I'll be bugging you again someday, for sure! ;-) Have to wait until I get a bit of earth...
St. Nicholas, maybe?
I saw a lot of improvement last year with the companion planting - except for the squash bugs that went after my zuchs. The idea is to attract good predator bugs to eat the baddies while confusing the baddies over where their food source is.
Well...there are patron saints of engaged couples...
Maybe they're just supposed to help with patience, though. ;-)
She's really so pretty and so sweet. I don't deserve her. Now, she just has to grow into those big two front teeth. ;-)
~sigh~ I'm gonna have to buy a shotgun soon to keep the wolves at bay.
Patience? Bah! Next you'll be telling me that patience is a virtue or some other nonsense.
Marigolds are supposed to repel insects.
Otherwise, a good shot of carbaryl will get it...or imidicloprid...
Did you enjoy "Das Boot"? LSA
I could have done without the first few minutes or with less -ahem- detail of life on a U-boat.
Internet is out at home. Comcast is sending a tech out this afternoon, so Hair won't be online until later today.
