What happened to it?Right now it's drying...except for what I'm planning on cooking tonight.
I dont' have one of those nifty pasta machines so I cut it all by hand. My linguini is not straight.

It should still taste good (going to find out) unless I didn't put enough salt in it. The recipe says "pinch of salt."
