BTW, here's a screen cap of Kelly on AI season one singing 'Stuff Like That There' on Big Band Night. She nailed it. She nailed the 1940's look, the authentic style of swing performances, and the song. Many people say it's the point when she totally separated herself from Tamayra Gray, who was the judges' early favorite that year. They have never done a Big Band Night again. I wish they would do it this year, but they won't. Few contemporary singers, let alone AI contestants, have the vocal chops necessary to do authentic swing.

I think that's what I like about her the most is that she is so very versatile and she made it looks so easy.

I wish they would too. Hicks and Elliot would probably excel with those type of songs. Chris might be surprisingly good as well. And McPhee and Mandisa could turn loose their inner divas :)
