Can you say the Colts CB covered him like a blanket before the ball got there? I can.

At least I have the points and the Steelers.

Muffed punt pins the Colts at their 17.

And in a surprise ruling by the Honorable Judge Cashman from Vermont,
no time in fine or probation handed out.

Lack of proof reading is really an embarrassment.

Hit him? That was a pretty weak "hit".

All Peyton has to do is get the Colts in FG range.

He'll fold faster than Superman on laundry day.

That's what I was just thinking. Can we have a real INT this time? Not with these officials we can't.

Weak or hard doesn't matter, what matters is the contact while not making a play on the ball.

It wasn't loose. His knee was planted before the ball came loose.

What a job by James to come back to the ball and make that not intentional grounding.

If the Colts win, this will be the biggest robbery since Brinks.

It wasn't a hit at all. Stop your whining. It's all over but the crying now. Get out your hankies.

Well based upon THAT criteria, they made a really bad call.

A player must make a football move before the reception is complete in a situation like that. Apparently, the rule book does not consider stumbling to the ground to be "football move".

From what I gathered from the explanation, the player must have both knees off of the ground in order to make a football move. In this case, the ball was out before both knees were off of the ground.

You know that, I know that, the boys in the truck know that, but that's the "ruling" the boys in the truck gave the ref to bleat out.

He caught it, his left knee touched, he rolled over, planted his right knee then knocked the ball loose when trying to advance. If someone had touched him with a knee down the play is dead.
