I paid about $165 for the same rifle and the accessories. A buddy had a Curio and Relics license and he didn't want it anymore. It's in great shape. I tried it out during the Freeper rifle competition. I didn't do so well and the rifle kicked pretty hard at the prone position. You can buy 8MM for a good price but it has corrosive primers.

Guys, Mitchell's Mausers are probably the most overpriced
items you can get.
Yes they are Mausers, they are Yugo M-48s and as shooter
said you can get them for around $139+ if you look in
Shotgun News.
Better yet, learn about getting a Curio and Relic license
for $30 from the ATF and have those dealers deliver them
via UPS right to your door.

the guy paid $500.00 for it and needed the money.
i also picked up 210 rounds of noncorrosive at $15.00 on 70.

if it was a Mitchell, i take it that was a Collectors Grade... Mitchell's has three grades: Collector=$300, Premium=$500 and Museum Grade=$1000. you got a great deal.
