red oak has a terrible habit of swelling and warping, is it solid wood or fiberboard?
I can pretty much guarantee you that this red oak will not swell and/or warp in this climate. As a matter of fact, most people have to go to extreme measures to make sure the wood in their furniture is moist.
It's solid, except for the back and the drawer bottoms.
