I can pretty much guarantee you that this red oak will not swell and/or warp in this climate. As a matter of fact, most people have to go to extreme measures to make sure the wood in their furniture is moist.
It's solid, except for the back and the drawer bottoms.
Ooop!! I forgot your dry climate!! Watch out for shrinking, so....
How do you keep it moist? (Not a problem we have envountered with the Irish climate LOL)
