Hi!
No, unfortunately, the headache is here. It just goes away to a slight dull feeling, and then the aura will come back followed by pain and nausea.
But I'm here! I may not be making much sense, but I'm here, by darn! :o]

Teak is also one of those woods with a high concentration of silicate, which takes the edge off your tools. You must be refering to the hard white things sometimes found in teak - avoid such timber like the plague!!

I still prefer to have wood around me. I like the look and feel of it. I especially like rosewood. Teak is also good.
Walnut is very nice.

You are not following Darkshear coffee recipe, are you?
Are you also having prismic visions and hearing voices? If so, it's the coffee.

LOL!
I don't do Darks' coffee! I don't think I could find a container that was "Darks' Coffee" proof!
I usually drink raspberry cocoa in the place of coffee, now. My day is much better when it's started with chocolate!! :o])

Could have been the coffee. It tends to stimulate thengs, you know. I'm cutting down on coffee and cigs here too. About witching to fruit juices? I've been drinking lots of fruit juices lately instead of coffee and I feel better.

Fruit juices are OK, but I found that cocoa gives me the kick I need and it lasts longer than coffee and without the jitters.
I quit smoking in 1980...when cigarettes were $3 a carton on the base. I still have nightmares about it, though! LOL!
(I quit cold turkey, in case you're wondering...)
