Could have been the coffee. It tends to stimulate thengs, you know. I'm cutting down on coffee and cigs here too. About witching to fruit juices? I've been drinking lots of fruit juices lately instead of coffee and I feel better.
Fruit juices are OK, but I found that cocoa gives me the kick I need and it lasts longer than coffee and without the jitters.
I quit smoking in 1980...when cigarettes were $3 a carton on the base. I still have nightmares about it, though! LOL!

Me got say ite missa est too and take my usual afternoon nap. Me thinks me got diabetes. I feel drowsy after lunch, but never in the morning.
