You have no idea how tough it is during the commercial breaks of "24" to force a 4 pound dog outside to do it's business in that kind of foul weather. At times I must pick up the WHOLE DOG and place it under a tree in the front yard and the dog has to get over the shock of the burst of the 55 degree cold weather.

We had a 10 lb dog, and I got her a yellow raincoat with a hood. It helped during rainstorms and blizzards.

I covered my patio and even in the rain the critter can do business without getting wet and still I get this 200 pound attitude from a 4 pound dog.

I also can't watch "24" in HD with surround sound because the critter barks at all the sounds, so he either has to be locked up in the back room or I watch a conventional TV for that show.
