No. Palmer suspected there was a traitor inside the Logan Administration. Turned out to be the Secret Service man who fed the enemy intel. I would have shot him between the eyes without a trial had I learned what he was up to. A traitor is more dangerous than the enemy since he wears the mask of a loyal friend and undermines his country from within by his own conscious disloyalty. Such should be the wages of treason and the just fate of a traitor should be a swift, painful death, dear friends.
