Probably reference the voice against vocal patterns, see if you can find out more about who it is. Mabye track the loc on teh phone during the call and get an exact location on the one guy, who knows...

Hi Nita,

Data mining, loosely, is taking specific sets of information out of a larger, more general database. For instance, if you have a customer database, you can datamine for spending habits or demographics, or product sales, or other smaller pictures that you can gain from that information. You'll also hear the term "drilling down" when the "picture" gets more and more detailed, for instance, customers > customers by gender >> customers by gender and age >> customers by gender, age and income level, etc.
