We had a bunch yesterday but everyone is on em fast.... I have seen motorists jump out of their cars and use their ABCD extinguishers, shovels and feet on small fires that have started along the road sides....especially the ones next to railroad tracks which seem to be the common hazard around here.... We are having a really weird winter thus far...wa sub zero in early December yet been 50 to almost 80's since....expecting cold rain possibly freezing Monday.....may keep the range fires to a minimum for a few days .

Actually saw a farmer pull up in his flat bed 4x4 and just pull into the fire and lock the wheel over and gun the engine doing doughnuts in the flat grass and dirt and put the small fire out in a right proper and proficient manner .....:o)

In a cloud of dust and hardy hi ho silver per se !!!

We did the gypsy road trip deal for 26 years so if your dealing with it well all the better....family first !!

Stay safe !

My Mother has been keeping me up on your area - scary situation. Sure hope the entire State gets some drenching rain soon.

Take care.
