I'm beginning to view not having cable tv as a virtue. Less crap to waste your time watching, and you can always get your occasional fill when you're at a friend's house where they do have it.
Absolutely. About the only time I see cable is when I'm in a hotel room. And then, I'm ashamed at how much time I waste glued to some of the mindless drivel that passes for entertainment. If I had it at home, I'd never get anything meaningful accomplished.
