FORMER Blind Date host Cilla Black considered asking Bill Clinton to unzip her dress when she got into a sticky situation.

The star says ever since her husband Bobby died she has missed having someone around to help her in and out of dresses.

She had been known to ask her driver for assistance, but when she ended up in a bar with a group of stars and the former US President, she needed help.

"Recently I was at a fantastic charity function in Russia and I hoped there'd be some kind person to unzip me at the end of the night," Cilla told Now magazine.

"Well, I didn't go to bed and at 7am I found myself hanging out in the bar with Liz Hurley, Claire Sweeney and Bill Clinton.

"I thought about asking Bill to unzip me, but then I thought: "Maybe not".

"He might have got the wrong idea!"

Where's Mr. Obviousman when you need him? He MIGHT have got the wrong idea? He only has wrong ideas.

Cilla Black: "I thought about asking Bill to unzip me, but then I thought: "Maybe not".

Because then you'd need shots of pena-cilla.

How in the hell does a "former Blind Date host" get invited to events like this? I guess Clinton stays up until 2:00 AM watching TV on the WB or UPN.

Good thing she sings, she's got a face for radio.

He probably would have asked her to return the favor.
