I have recently fallen in love with Sushi. California Roll, Salmon and Tuna. Is eating alot of Sushi bad for you? (Calorie wise, parasites, etc.) I would think it would be healthy. I watch everything I eat like a hawk. Any experts out there?

Hmmm...that link worked last week. Okay, here's a different link that does work (I just tried it).
Go HERE to see it on Google Video.

Make sure you get it from a real sushi chef.

Do you remember the name of that (I'll bet you do since you found the picture).
That is one of my life's dreams, but I'd be gravely disappointed if she came out with all that green foliage in the way. No garnishes, thank you.

My two cents is that at least the sushi can't be lit on fire

I'm only an expert on the fact that I love sushi too. Salmon sushi is actually "cooked" in brine, I believe, although I don't know if that kills all parasites. Shrimp sushi is definitely cooked, although I don't eat shellfish. The "crab" in California rolls is usually some type of cooked whitefish, so I do eat those. They are great smothered in tobiko (the tiny orange fish roe). Delicious.

Sushi can have 150 ppm of rat droppings. If it tests out at 90 ppm, they add 60 ppm more It all burns off with enough wasabi, right?

This is a pissant questions, but where on earth can you do that in the states? If you pay enough, you can probably do it in any hotel room on Sunset Blvd.

I like sushi if it's cooked enough.

It didn't do Eule Gibbons any good.
And take a look at that fitness runner Foote...he had a heart attack.
