Isn't it who we are that dictates what we do?
If a person is amoral or immoral, is that who we want "deciding our country's future" and are they "like minded"? I don't think so...
Do you eat ham or own a dog? The koran would brand you as immoral. I want a society where your idea of morality is your business but not imposed on me or others unless you can demonstrate a significant adverse impact from my behavior. A theocracy or theocratically dictated state is not for me.
And I don't care if it's bible based, koran based or based on any other scripture.
