And most of this bunch were pardoned by Jimmy Carter in the late 70's.

I was going to say that Jimmah Cartah pardoned most of the 1950s Puerto Rico Nationalist Party terrorists who shot up Congress and attempted to assassinate President Truman, but I see that you already mentioned it.
