That's what it looked like to me too..he put his hand on the ref and said something.....then out came the flag

He "touched " the referee....it was kind of weak if you ask me.
He went out of bounds hard by the Dallas D, he got in the refs face because there was no penalty, only to draw a flag and the eject.
