All of the above.

Millen can't pick talent. He has business being a G.M. If he has a SHRED of decency, he will resign the minute the season ends.

The WRs are spoiled, rich brats who have NO work ethic.

The O-line is just not good.

Mariucci is a class guy; however, he was too laid back with this team. Didn't push hard enough on his young, lazy players.

The owner just doens't know football, which is why he hired Millen.

If they do hire someone who knows football and can turn this franchise around, it'll be pure luck.

The receivers blame Harrington. Funny though, how often they
drop the ball when he throws it right to them.

I knew Jeff Garcia would be replaced as soon as he defended his former coach, Steve Mariucci. The Detroit Lions organization are a total disaster. If they really want to fix the problem, start with the ownership and the front office.

The entire organziation, from top to bottom. Ford Sr. needs to let go, Millen needs to be fired, Harrington cut, and cut the freeloading, do nothing high priced talent.

Until William Clay Ford walks away, the Lions will continue to be losers.
