Probably.
If anything classified passed my eyes, it sure hid well.
Did crack a few jokes about our toilet paper being a national secret.
The stuff could be turned into a blunt trauma weapon, just add water and let it dry.
Then bludgeon away at those opposing you.

Heck, the toilet paper was brutal.
Geneva violation for certain.
Sandpaper was a good alternate use for it.
(Toiletpaper contractor, 3M, abrasives division.)
