Good Morning, Chickens. I have yet to finish reading all last nights news. Hope all is well with y'all.

I had to watch a men's movie last night, and it was all T's and A, if you get my drift. Wasted a good night for nothing...:(

Hi, Libby, You do get up early! Maybe I'll start trying to do that again. Lately, I'm living on the edge by getting up minutes before I have to rush to work. I'm lucky that I get two shoes that match and my skirt is not on backwards. (I'm double-checking right now. LOL!) It's all wasted energy to try to improve my fugly looks, so I don't even try. What you see is what you get. LOL!

Hope you have a good day. Can't get that macarena song out of my head now!

I can't get the Macarena song out of my head now. I hope I don't get up and start dancing at some inopportune time. LOL!!!

It's all your fault.

I like that mountain & lakes scene very much.

You put something together that is not too different from the High Uintas on the south side, where these dams and trout streams come out across indian land onto the high plateau, lots of old Spanish gold mines up there.

Beautiful.

Thanks a bunch.

Las Palmas de San Pedro

This was the hacienda of a big cattle ranch..There was a freshwater lagoon down by the beach.

A storm breached it and they lost all their freshwater...That was the end of the rancho.

INteresting. Looks like an avalanche mated with a tsunami. Not that that's a bad thing.

I hate getting up early, but I can't do the rush thing to get out the door. I have to relax at least for a little while and read the news and have a leisurely cup of coffee or two.

It's been an exhausting day. Didn't even get out of the office for lunch...although I had a friend pick me up a ham sandwich and blackberry cobbler. I was about ready to ring the dingbat's neck today. Her political idiocy was showing and I was in no mood for it. We were discussing the adoptive placement of a child where there are two prospective adoptive placements...both who have siblings of the one we have. One of them is in California and the other in the mideast. Both are good families, so that isn't really the issue. Some of us are uncomfoprtable with packing off a pretty, white American baby to the mideast with all the raving Islamic lunatics. The dingbat thinks it would be a good cultural experience and provide him with diversity. I said that diversity was not necessarily a good thing and that there were some cultural experiences that a child would be better off not having.

The woman is a complete idiot!
