They are all trying to be the Alpha cat! I don't know how you deal with that.

The kittens we found in the compost bin alternately fight and play together. They have all been together since birth and have to share space with the alpha adult female who gives big swats. We have two more adult once stray cats. The youngest, a once wormridden, injured and starving stray was motherly to the kittens when they were younger. It was ao sweet to watch.
All of our cats love to be petted bur some more than others, some sleep on my daughters bed. ..some are very loving and some are rather aloof.
My cat I lost to cancer had been"my" cat..bonded with me and stayed by me when I was on the computer. She was another 'wild cat' that had shown up.
We lost 2 cats several years ago..They just disappeared and no one answered our notices. We now have housecats only.

Thanks MEG33 for your reply. I know, if I had gotten my cats from birth they would probably be indoor also, but these just showed up and had obviously been feral. I have a 3rd cat that believe it or not a neighbor who moved away just left and of course there was no way I could just leave him....sooooooo now I have 3 cats that hate each other.....lucky, lucky me :-)
