About the first DVDs I ever bought were a Red Skelton set. (Is that grammatically correct?) They don't make family-friendly comedy shows like they used to!

I've heard that Cracker Barrel has a cool selection of old radio shows and books-on-tape and music, but until now I didn't live near one. There's one in the next town, though...have to check that out someday.

Who cares -- I know what you meant. It's funny, though, because there are some jokes that he would make that I'm sure pushed the envelope.

The original was pretty graphic and horrific for the time.
I suspect that the movie going public had never seen some of the violence (people being bitten to death, etc.) portrayed in film before.

Oh dear....

I'd heard that before, but not for years. I'd like to *think* it's just a setup, but if not...that's just painful! What a creep!

Yes, he is a creep. I also had to insert silence in a few spots for obvious reasons...

How about the part where he says, "I was kidding!"

It just shows you how evil some people can be...they lie to cover up their lies.

Now someone is singing (screeching)...lovely.

All songs like that tend to go on forever. Also generally have no discernable melody or rhyme.

I used to go to a local open mic a lot. There were some truly great local musicians who would show up, but there were some truly awful ones as well. Some people shouldn't be allowed to own a guitar...

Now they're just going freestyle and that really creeps me out...I don't know why, but having someone just sing "Oh yeah" over and over again is freaky.

It hasn't hit rock bottom until they drag out harmonicas and start endlessly jamming on one chord. Trust me on this.
