Comment Section: Although it is confusing, today's WFTD is not to be confused with Michael Jackson's sister.

Good morning! The elections in Iraq are not chatoyant events but show a complete opening of the
light of personal freedoms in the middle east.

Like fire in the night,
like the hope in tomorrow,
the chatoyant possibility gleams
in each ballot cast,
each step away from the past,
the Iraqi elections.
(before coffee!)

Good Morning!
Today's automobile paint selections include pearlescent and metalflake. The word they may be looking for with a white background is chatoyant.
I'll be sure to bring it to their attention down at the garage.
"Oh, look, Bill! The underlying basse color has a shimmering, chatoyant quality, don't you think?"
Yeah.

This word reminds me of Psalm 51,
"Thou shalt sprinkle me with hyssop, and I shall be cleansed: thou shalt wash me, and I shall be made whiter than snow*.
*The word "chatoyant" could be used here.
And for some extra credit, the Latin is "Asperges me hysopo et mundabor lavabis me et super nivem dealbabor "

Morning!
When Queen Hillary goes to sleep
Does she dream of having the power
To banish X42 for his philandering
To a windowless, womanless tower?
Where no Big Macs are served at all
And the only drink is tea
And there is only tofu and salad-
But it's plentiful and free
While she dines on her favorite dish-
The influence that is her pleasure
While her syncophants bow and scrape
And bring her chatoyant treasure
