In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".

Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French, from Late Latin concupiscentia, from Latin concupiscent-, concupiscens, present participle of concupiscere to desire ardently, from com- + cupere to desire
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

That last one describes Yeti boy, and he is a 2 year old cat-he is not as outgoing and in-your-face as Kitty boy is and so is still exploring the house with greeat interest. He has begun to join Kitty boy in playing with Husky girl, too-when she play barks at either of them now, they pair up and tag team her, running at her from 2 different directions, which sends her racing through the house with both cats in hot pursuit.
Thank you! I would just LOVE to see that looney woman drop the dime on her 'rat masters and tell all about where she gets the money to travel around, who writes her material, etc-it would make them look worse than bad...

I was so glad to hear that-I was halfway afraid Maria would give him grief enough to cave. I wonder if the murderer's gang-banger disciples are going to start some s*** over this and wind up in jail?
I just spent the morning at the funeral home and an hour this afternoon sitting in a cold garage while they put studded snow tires on my car......I will not disagree with you today.

i was at the nail salon a week or so ago, having a manicure/pedicure and they have a flat screen there and seinfeld was on. i noticed that there was a scroll in VIETNAMESE along the bottom of the screen! i wondered how it was that they were laughing at the show when they barely speak english there!!
Ha - so you saw the tiny puffy shirt? I love Seinfeld I watch reruns all the time....... everything that happens in life can be associated with a Seinfeld episode..lol
not only did i see the episode i had to relate it to xsteen who was bragging on her hands and saying she could be a hand model! she couldn't. her hands are nothing to write home about, though she is gorgeous in many other ways!
But he's being hired to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic.
