Judaism came under organized attack in the courts before Christianity did. With Judaism it started in the '70's, with employers firing employees for taking Jewish Holidays off. At least the arguments were more logical. Yes, there were the separation of Church and state ones, most most of the legal arguments back them centered on the fact that the United States is overwhelmingly Christian. Some precedent, huh?
