Home is behind, the world ahead

A sudden tree or standing stone

And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,
Until the stars are all alight.
Then world behind and home ahead,

Ya know, at my brother's wedding, my sister-in-law forgot to throw the bouquet before she and my brother took off. There was quite a debate about what to do.
One of the gals said "Oh, just *give* it to Rosie - she's waited soooooo long, after all!"
*sigh*
I know she was trying to be nice, but I coulda happily crawled under a rock about then...

I'll be seated demurely on the sidelines or WAAAY in back. Wouldn't be seemly to go elbowing through Jen and Talon's relations.
Although, I'd do it to clear a path for ya! ;-)
