Somewhat. Was pulled away from my previous "need this done right now" project for another "need this done right now" project. Gonna try and get back to the other "need this done right now" project tomorrow. ;~D
I think they might be coming to understand that as much as they "need this done right now" I can only do what I can do.

Hehe..we got an e-mail from our manager at work today saying that we all need to make an effort to return client voicemails on a timely basis. And if we can't, we need to call the client to tell them we'll call them back when we have more time.
Ummm..if we don't have time to call the client back in the first place, how do you think we'll call them back to tell them "we'll call you back".

Heh, have the MANAGER give the clients a call and tell them y'all will call when you have the time. Sounds like he might have more time on his hands, or hers as the case may be.

That's the biggest problem with the department. Our manager doesn't do anything.
She doesn't resolve client issues, doesn't address serious employee concerns, she doesn't even know how to run a payroll!
She does however, know how to pick up a cake from the supermarket so we can have monthly birthday parties. :-/
We can't help but love her because she is genuinely a nice person, but we need a manager not a best girlfriend!
