Yup. And a gal down the hall felt 'extreme' fatigue. I got a little queasy again, but we kept the windows open for most of the day.
In fairness, it could be something I ate, the headaches down the hall could be from a cold or sinus infection, and the sleepy gal has infant twins.
So, who knows.

Hmmm....did you get the CO detector?

Haven't made it over to the despot yet. Officemates say they're spendy.

Back in the early '90's, OB and I had a piece of furniture returned from the furniture restorers, and it went in the bedroom. About 7:30 in the evening, the smoke detectors went crazy, and we figured that the VOC's from the varnish had set them off because the piece still smelled a little, even though the finish was dry.
When we went to bed, we were a little nauseous, and chalked it up to the furniture, so I cracked the window a bit, just to keep the smell from getting worse as we slept.
Long story short-for some unknown reason, the next day I picked up one of those $5 CO detectors, brought it home and it immediately turned black. Even though we had the chimney cleaned every couple of years, they didn't have the new-fangled cameras they do now, and the chimney sweep didn't realize the interior was getting ready to go. It quietly collapsed the same day we had the furniture delivered, and CO seeped into the house all night long. I still shudder to think what would have happened if I had not opened that window.
Please, please, go get a CO detector, they don't call it a 'silent' killer for no reason.
End of sermon--LSA

Happy Birthday!
Got any plans for it?
To: Lil'freeper
Thank you! We don't want to lose any Hobbit Hole dwellers :)

Did ya see on the news where two places of business (sharing the same furnace) had people go home sick. Had to call 911 for one man and the rescue people said CO levels inside the building was 2-3x higher than it should be.

Sorry KC didn't get the NASCAR Hall of Fame. We didn't either.

I think I'd be ticked off if it went to KC. KC is a newcomer to the sport (Heck! I can't even find a radio broadcast of the races every weekend without resorting to an Oklahoma City station) and I think the Hall of Fame should go where the tradition is.
My money's on Charlotte...with Daytona 2nd, Atlanta 3rd.

That order makes sense. I'm not really a fan, but the economic boost woulda been nice for Richmond.
I won't lose any sleep over it.
