In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of word for the day. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the word of the day; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....
Subbie Slip has her whip, handcuffs and legcuffs again today. Beware !

The rest of the stuff is locked up in my drawer. Im just letting all the new students know that we behave as if we were ladies and gentlemen in here. Those two words as if can get you an A if you make the subbie laugh.

When I was in my late 20s to early 40s, I worked 12-hour days, five days a week, and then worked about ten hours on the weekends. It wasn't worth it then, but it is now. I'm retired with a great income for which I paid throughout those years. And I loved my career.
Now I get to be a housewife.

Okay. Let me try and get this straight. In Africa many, many moons ago, when a husband died, the women dismembered his member. Fried the danged thing and used it for a long time.
I don't know where this thought came from (Catholic school and all), but I remember it. So I guess it's like 72 virgins, but opposite.

Very good, Vastie. Microsoft is putting itself out of business, as I have guessed through these years. But litigating this will give the plaintiffs ten cents on the dollar. They'll get a whopping $3.50 for their trouble. Or, they don't have to sue, and get a new one when the new one comes out in the beginning of next year. Microsoft screwed themselves big time this time.
A++++ for you!
