Freeper bd59903 started a thread and linked to a website that allows YOU (i.e. the taxpayer) to balance the national budget. To all of us who yearn for the chance to take a budget and clip it like we do the Sunday coupons, here is our chance. Afterwards, the cats will take this budget and shred further.
