Two former caretakers who refused to bare their breasts to a 300lb (136kg) sign language-speaking gorilla named Koko have settled a lawsuit against the Gorilla Foundation. Nancy Alperin and Kendra Keller said that they were dismissed after they refused to expose their bosoms and reported sanitary problems at Kokos home in Woodside, south of San Francisco. They were told that if they did not indulge Kokos nipple fetish, their employment with the Gorilla Foundation would suffer, their claim alleged. Ms Alperin and Ms Keller said that Francine Patterson, Kokos caretaker and president of the Gorilla Foundation, pushed them to bare their breasts to bond with the 33-year-old female simian. The foundation has denied the allegations. The settlements terms were not disclosed.
Don't know...
They look alike - I can't tell them apart...
RQ and PaulaB have seen Max in person - let's see if they can tell which one is he.

hey...Gorillas have feelings too!
Legend has it that
Kirstie Alley one time asked
her assistant to
breast feed Alley's pet
possum. Alley's assistant
was scared of its teeth,
but did produce milk
in a cup for the possum
to drink for its lunch.
Now thats a Hairy Davidson
So this represents a problem with the women and not with the gorilla? Amazing!
You all stop your complaining. Didn't you all know that the admission price to the FReeper Christmas party is "baring breast".
Geez, don't you just hate it when you're asked to bare your chest to a 300-lb lesbian gorilla with a "nipple fetish"?
....some good-sized nipples, there!
Dismissal of Litigation
Dec. 1, 2005
The Gorilla Foundation is pleased to announce that on November 21, 2005, all claims contained in Kendra Kellers and Nancy Alperins employment-based lawsuit against The Gorilla Foundation were finally, and permanently, dismissed. The Gorilla Foundation believes that the dismissal of plaintiffs lawsuit confirms that the termination of Ms. Keller's and Ms. Alperin's employment with The Gorilla Foundation was entirely lawful, and that plaintiffs suit was without basis in fact or law.
The settlement will have no material impact on the finances of the organization.
The permanent dismissal on November 21, 2005 of all of plaintiffs pending claims was in fact preceded by an earlier dismissal this past spring of plaintiffs baseless claims alleging sexual harassment and retaliation, which the court threw out on the basis that the facts alleged by plaintiffs did not constitute any cause of action.
We are grateful to all of our supporters who offered words of encouragement and demonstrated their loyalty to the Foundation and the Gorillas while the suit was pending. We will continue to focus all our energies toward saving Gorillas from extinction, the establishment of the Maui Ape Preserve, and in educating the public. We appreciate your continued support!
(In the event you have any questions concerning the lawsuit we ask that you contact our attorney, Todd A. Roberts, of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley in Redwood City, at 650-364-8200 or troberts@ropers.com)

Can I attend the party now, boss man?
Three breasts? That's kinda weird. I'll have to think about that one.
Did I not tell you that I live next to a nukyoolur plant?
That actually explains a lot. A whole lot.
Yeah, I know. The exposure has made me unnaturally intelligent. Thanks for noticing.
