I don't use themes, either, but telling it I wanted to switch back to the default theme, and then closing and restarting the browser made the scrollbar magically reappear.

I didn't have any complaint with the previous version, so I'm not sure it's worth the time to download the newer beta version.

There are suppose to be enhancements in the area of blocking pop-ups and Security!

Also the drag and drop movement of tabs.

The 'theme' below does seem to correct the problem while retaining much of the 'default' theme.
