Look at the length of that incline.
That SUV had to have an Automatic Trans.

What size car\truck in a simple rear-ender is going to cause a Land Rover to jump out of Park and into Neutral, bypassing Reverse, then jump a curb ?
Nor is it going to roll that much that far with a simple fender bender.
and if she had the Emergency brake on, it's not even close.

Either she left the car running or someone purposely rammed\pushed her car into that pond, or both.
